The most ideal approach to battle anxiety is to stay in the present. A great deal of the things that cause us push aren't identified with what's really happening in our life yet our response to it. We invest an excessive amount of time thinking about the past or stressing over the future and none of that is really the truth. The additional time you can use in the now, the more probable you will really lessen stress.
